Cancellation Policy: No Refunds. 
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and production has begun. This includes changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the design or color.


Defective or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or correct the issue at no additional cost.


Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before confirming. We are not responsible for errors in sizing, spelling, color selection, or other custom details provided by the customer.
